Achieved

The project to requalify the historical center of Cartagena de Indias is based on the in-depth analysis of the architectural, urban-planning and managementl components of cultural and social activities in the city. Combined with the related studies of financial-economic feasibility, it has lead to a focused application of project interventions. The project concerns the revival of the urban public spaces overlooking the sea front thus creating a constant interaction with the restoration of the walls and the facades of the buildings situated along the shore of the historical city.
